Convenient location for Hobbiton. Pool was a bonus and added to the experience. Thoughtful touches made it feel like a cozy sanctuary. Superb hosts and adorable fat cat. Comfy beds and warm atmosphere. Close to 24-hour fast-food restaurants.

The space at Mill Corner Studios was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of three adults and a toddler. The two separate bedrooms were a big plus, providing privacy and a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for our visit to Hobbiton, as it was within walking distance to the town center with plenty of food options. The facilities were well-maintained and the apartment was clean and inviting. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pleasant surprise of heated beds on a cold night.

Our family of 4 recently stayed at Mill Corner Studios for a few nights while visiting Hobbiton. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the pool was excellent. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, including electric blankets to keep us cozy during the cold winter nights. We were especially impressed with the thoughtfulness of a request to keep the cute cat outside, as my daughter and I both have cat allergies. The hotel also provided a map displaying where previous guests had come from, which was a nice touch. a perfect stay with great hospitality.

amazing experience for us! the hosts were friendly and the location was perfect. the bed was comfy and the amenities were great, especially the swimming pool. we loved the small flat design, it had everything we needed. highly recommended!

The decoration had a vintage touch with beautiful floral patterns and comfortable furniture, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I appreciated the ease of accessibility for senior people like myself. The hallways and doorways were wide enough to navigate with my walker, and there were handrails conveniently placed for extra support.

My only suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have grab bars installed in the bathroom. It would have provided added safety and stability, especially when getting in and out of the shower or using the toilet.

I always return to this place for my stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, kitchen amenities, air conditioning, TV, laundry. The staff even helped me find something valuable. Perfect for my city break. No regrets!

I felt like a celebrity in my own private hot tub and pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hiking nearby was a great way to burn off all the delicious food I ate.

Oh, just what I wanted - a converted garage with a tricky shower and no table for my drinks. Perfect!

Wow, what an amazing experience! We stayed at this place during our city trip and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right nearby, like a petrol station and a big grocery store just a kilometer away. Plus, there were some awesome facilities that we got to enjoy, like the swimming pool and entertainment areas. And let's not forget about the little details that made our stay even better, like free wifi, a washing machine, and even games to play. it was a top-notch experience!

While our stay was mostly great, there were a couple of small downsides. The cooking facilities were a bit limited, with no proper oven or hob, only a small toaster oven and microwave.
